What is Pure Legs, Bums and Tums?

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and jump your way to fitness in this ever-popular fun class. The high repetition based routines will put your legs, bottom and stomach through their paces en route to shifting fat in these problem areas. Trust us, your body will thank you for it.

What you need to know

  • It can get quite hot in this class so wear sweat-wicking, non-restrictive clothes and supportive trainers. Also bring a towel to freshen up and a water bottle to replace lost fluids.

    1. Book early to avoid disappointment, Legs, bums and tums is an extremely popular class
    2. If it's your first time to Legs, bums and tums. let an instructor know so they can give you guidance if needed
    3. Don't be afraid to ask questions - if you're new to weights, you might find yourself a bit unfamiliar with some of the exercise moves but don't worry, the instructor will be on hand to help you
    4. Remember to take a break during the legs, bums and tums class if you need to - some of the weighted moves can be quite a challenge so remember to work out at your pace
    5. Have fun - it's not about being the fastest to complete the exercises in class, it's about enjoying it and performing each of the exercises properly.
