Hey, I’m Hannah, I’ve been training for the past eight years and have a background in competitive horse riding.
Having seen the benefits weight training can have for your physical health and mental health I want to help others feel good too. Strength and conditioning has enhanced my competitive performance with the horses, as well as injury prevention and recovery.
In 2022 I found an interest in CrossFit, and through training I have learnt new skills that have helped me become more athletic and improved varies areas of my fitness.
I have been running intermittently since primary school and then more seriously in the past three years, Completing the Paris ½ in 2024 and Battersea ½ 2015, I have again seen the benefits strength training and conditioning has provided for performance.
