We can’t think of a good reason why you would want to leave us, though, because despite being a cheap gym we are stacked with more than 220 state-of-the-art pieces of equipment set in spacious and air-conditioned surroundings for your comfort. Jump on our cross trainers, treadmills, steppers and rowers, or take a spin on our superb range of stationary exercise bikes which come with computerised feedback to keep you in the loop. We also have a huge free weights area and functional area with a range of functional kit including a rig, prowler and air dyne bikes.
First-class group sessions
One of our main strengths is that we offer more than 50 free classes each week, so if you enjoy working out in groups or with friends you’ve found the right place! Popular but demanding fat burn will work off those calories, but if you like shaking your thing to motivational music try our aerobics class. For something different get to grips with the les mills grit series or our combat class if you need to work off your frustration! And if you want to activate those sleepy muscles try your hand at stretch - for either 15 or 30 minutes.

How to find us
If you're coming by car, our postcode is ML11RB and you can park for free for three hours in the onsite shopping centre car park, which is run by Euro Parks. Enter the car park on West Hamilton Street. We're clearly visible from the car park. *Parking restrictions may apply. Please check in the car park before you enter the gym. PureGym is not responsible for any parking fines.
If you're coming for a workout using public transport, the nearest bus stop is outside the Zone on Hamilton Road and Motherwell train station is only 800 meters from the gym.
