We've added a new functional area which is kitted with a great range of functional kit, including a rig and prowler track so you can improve your fitness. The cycle studio has also been improved so you can now optimise and enjoy our Cycle classes even more.

By Public Transport: The gym is located at the centre of the regional transport network with many frequent bus services and St James, Haymarket and Monument Metro stations are all within a five-minute walk away.
By Bike: There are also bikes racks situated around the shopping centre if you want to warm up with a cycle on the way to the club.
