To help you in your fitness mission our gym is open 24 hours and there is no contract either. With hundreds of top-quality pieces of kit and lots of free classes we are in great shape to help you deliver your targets. Our gym also has free parking*.

How to find us
If you’re studying at Plymouth University (which is a 15 minute walk away) this really is the ideal gym for you as we’re literally next door to the student accommodation!
Other transport links include: City bus numbers 6, 8, 9 and 20 all stop on the main road nearby, Plymouth train station is less than two miles away and there’s even a bike rack for seven bikes outside the club. *Parking restrictions may apply.
