Lifting weights also known as strength training is beneficial in so many ways! It is great for improving your FAT-BURNING metabolism. Builds STRONGER MUSCLES which help reduce the risk of common ailments that come with ageing. It ultimately gives us CONFIDENCE! There is nothing more empowering than leaving the gym knowing that you pushed your muscles to the max.
