How do I cancel my Direct Debit monthly membership?
Payments for members at English gyms will be automatically frozen
Gyms in England will be temporarily closed between Thursday 5th November and Wednesday 2nd December, following instruction from the government. You will not be charged for the time that your gym is closed and so there is nothing for you to do. We have contacted all members with details about their memberships during the closure period.
For gyms in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland:
If you want to take a break from the gym you can freeze your membership for 1 month for free. We’ve made it really easy to freeze, just log in to your Member’s Area here. Select the ‘profile’ tab and scroll down to the ‘FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP’ section.
If you do still wish to go ahead and cancel, you can do so online through your Member’s Area. To cancel, please follow these steps;
- Log into Member’s Area
- Select ‘profile’ tab
- Scroll down to ‘CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP’ and select
- Follow the instructions to cancel
If the online cancellation option is not available to you, please cancel your direct debit with your bank directly. This must be done at least three working days before your next payment.
