How do I cancel my Direct Debit monthly membership?
There is no need to cancel as your monthly Direct Debit has been stopped.
You won’t pay while your gym is closed, we have automatically stopped your payments so there is nothing for you to do. When your gym is back open, we will credit your first payment by any outstanding amount from your current monthly subscription.
If you have a fixed term membership this will automatically be extended for you to take into account the closure period.

If you still wish to cancel your direct debit monthly membership, all you need to do is cancel your direct debit directly with the bank, at least 3 - 4 working days before your next payment is due.
