How do I cancel my Direct Debit monthly membership?
You won't pay while your gym is closed.
In line with the new national lockdown, all gyms are temporarily closed.
We're excited to welcome out members back, with gyms in England are reopening on April 12th, and Scotland on April 26th.
We are awaiting Government instruction for our gyms in Wales and Northern Ireland and hope to update you soon.
All payments will be frozen so you will not be charged during closures - we will take care of everything so there is nothing you need to do.
If you want to take a break from the gym you can freeze your membership for 1 month for free. We’ve made it really easy to freeze, just log in to your Member’s Area here. Select the ‘profile’ tab and scroll down to the ‘FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP’ section.
If you do still wish to go ahead and cancel, you can do so online through your Member’s Area. To cancel, please follow these steps;
- Log into Member’s Area
- Select ‘profile’ tab
- Scroll down to ‘CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP’ and select
- Follow the instructions to cancel
If the online cancellation option is not available to you, please cancel your direct debit with your bank directly. This must be done at least three working days before your next payment.
