To upgrade or downgrade your membership type and add or remove a bolt-on, monthly members just need to head to the 'Your Gym Pass' section of your Member's Area on our website.


Alternatively, you just need to head to the Account section of our app and then select 'Your Gym Membership'.

Upgrades are instant and will result in an extra amount being added to your next bill to cover your access to the new membership for the rest of your billing cycle.


Fixed-term members are unable to upgrade their membership.
