- Free access for a friend to workout with you at your home gym up to 4 times per calendar month.
- Booking classes up to 14 days in advance.
- Freezing your membership for free for up to 3 months.

To get all these great benefits and more, select 'Monthly' then 'PLUS' at Step 2 of the joining process. You can also upgrade an existing membership in your Member's Area.
