Hello! I’ve been a Personal Trainer here at PureGym MK since March 2016 and thoroughly enjoy my work. I work with a whole range of clients, from weight loss/body fat reduction, strength training, muscle building, event training, mobility, and general fitness.
I have a great interest in mobility and like to work with people who have pain or discomfort when moving, with the aim to reduce this. The smile on clients faces when they see their body changing and the results they work hard for; that’s why I go home smiling!
I always have a plan and will always carry a notebook or pad. I’m a good listener but I have a bad memory (hence the need for a notepad). I like to have a laugh with clients whilst training; I’ll try and make your gym sessions fun and fulfilling, even when you don’t really feel like coming to the gym!
