I became a Personal Trainer because of my own personal journey.
I have been both underweight and overweight, so whatever it is you are battling with, I can guarantee I have been there and I have your best interests at heart. I always take the time to get to know my clients and their own individual goals, ensuring they get the best possible results.
I will not force you to do any exercises you do not enjoy because there are so many different ways of training! I will make sure you have fun, as well as reaching your desired results.
As a bikini competitor, as well as helping clients to lose fat and get fit, I can also help with muscle gain and strength.
