From a young age, I experienced a heart condition, so know the importance of a healthy heart and its relationship to overall wellbeing. My recovery journey to full and sustained health inspired me to become qualified, allowing me to help others understand their body’s needs when it comes to exercise and nutrition. Getting the basics right will see you benefiting from improved body confidence, improved health and that spring in your step will ensure you to sustain a healthy lifestyle for life and not just for the short term.
I want you to feel as happy and as comfortable as possible in a session but more importantly in yourself. I am always looking into new, improved and up to date ways to keep sessions fun and challenging.
