Hi guys, I’m Adam and welcome to PureGym Newry, hope you have enjoyed your experience thus far.

I have been heavily involved in some form of sport from a young age whether that be playing football or playing rugby for my local club. This is where I realised my passion for health and fitness which has brought me to becoming a Personal Trainer. My goal is not just to help you in the short term but also in the long term improving your overall health and quality of life.

I will help motivate and educate you on how to live a healthier lifestyle and pass on knowledge that won’t just help you in the gym but outside it too. From improving quality of sleep to improving your energy levels with day to day life to help you reach your fitness/health goals.

I will share with you techniques I have learnt to help you achieve your goals whether that’s gaining muscle mass, weight loss and improving your overall fitness.

I offer a number of services from 1 to 1 training, group training, tailored training programmes and nutritional advice. Don’t be afraid to get in touch and we can start your fitness journey together.
