Having being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 7, I have always been conscious of my health and fascinated in finding different ways to improve my health and fitness which led to my passion of weight training in the gym. I have played table tennis at national level so know exactly what it takes physically and mentally to achieve big goals and I want to help you do the same.
