My name is Adam and I am a certified Personal Trainer.
Since a child I have had a passion for all sports and fitness, playing rugby, running half marathons, kickboxing and many more.
I have recently achieved my HND in Performing Arts and Dance which gives me the knowledge and understanding of the body in great depth and detail from flexibility to strength.
My goal is to help train clients from various backgrounds and pass on the knowledge I have gained over my years dancing and participating in multiple different sports in a fun and enjoyable way!
From gaining muscle to fat loss to body confidence I’m here to help whenever you need me in your first steps to your new body!
