I didn’t come into the fitness industry until my late 30s, due to referral from injury. Over the past eight years I have achieved things which I never thought possible, completely changed my physique, my level of fitness, my approach, my life and my attitude. I have made my hobby into my job. I am very passionate about fitness and the impact fitness can have on an individual’s confidence, self-esteem, body image and general overall wellbeing.

I take a very cognitive approach to fitness and training, looking at an individual’s reasons for training, changing the way you think, feel and behave, and thus changing your approach. I bring a lot of experience and success to this role.

I work empathically, with much understanding, humility and patience, whatever your level of fitness or experience, and work to challenge an individual over any fears or insecurities they have around themselves, and/or embarking on a programme of change. I tailor all plans specifically to the individual as this is about you. I work hard with you to support you through a detailed programme, designed to effectively achieve your personal goals, and also introduce you to different types, ways and methods of training.

I competently and comprehensively cover all areas of fitness and wellbeing, either within the gym, outside of the gym, at home, or online.
