I'm an all-round Personal Trainer specialising in fat loss, muscle gain/development, boxing fitness including strength and conditioning.
Fitness has always been a major part of my life. Throughout my younger years I was a keen athlete, participating in multiple martial arts such as judo, kickboxing, and taekwondo. I have been a boxing enthusiast for almost 11 years. Training at a high level alongside professionals has given me valuable knowledge and experience which I now put to good use encouraging others to smash their fitness goals, physically and mentally.
I design personalised programmes and deliver 1-2-1 training sessions specifically for the individual focussed on what they want to achieve. I work closely with each of my clients to provide sound nutritional guidance along with a safe, structure and results driven regime. Motivating others to go that one step further is my objective.
