Training with me will push you to take risks and overcome challenges in order for you to achieve your desired goal. Having trained as a performer, studying dance, I love to focus on posture analysis, mobility and flexibility.  

Together, we can achieve a happier and healthier lifestyle, improving your physical, as well as your mental well-being. Each session will be tailored and structured to your personal needs! You will work hard, and I will be the one to encourage and motivate you every step of the way.
