The exploration of gyms over the years has amalgamated with my fitness career of some decades. Developing from my background of football for a North West club, which consisted of lots of running/stadium steps and gym work. Football stopped after motorcycle accident but this didn’t stop me working in the fitness industry. Turning my energy into tennis, which worked in developing some good players who reached the top six under 18’s male and female, with one becoming UK’s number 1. Tennis is still being coached weekly at three local clubs and when time allows Rugby Union too.

In my spare time, I’m a local responder for LIVES, love gardening, animals and still interested in motorcycling.
