Hello, my name is Agnes.
A few years ago I decided to change my life and started training. I lost 28kgs (four stone).
Over the years I have learnt a lot, including how to get the best out of myself when training. After reaching a point where I was happy with my progress, I decided to become a Personal Trainer.
My main goal as a Personal Trainer for my clients is to improve your physical and mental health. I would start to achieve this through targeting your goals of weight loss, strength build, muscle gain, body fat reduction and general overall fitness.
