Having the opportunity to study physical education at A-level I have had the chance to take part in and teach various sports such as softball, volleyball, and handball, along with working in gyms and the leisure industry and many other experiences I have had the opportunity to work with people age 5-75.
Personally I have taken part in many sports and activities such as rugby, cricket, sailing, and golf.
My personal belief is that there is a sport or activity for anyone, you just have to find it.
