Hey, I’m Alex, I’m a personal trainer and online coach specializing in strength and conditioning.
I’ve been passionate about training for a number of years now and have delved into a number of styles of training including bodybuilding, Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting. I’m currently working towards competing in Powerlifting so you might see me fully kitted lifting some heavy weights around.
As your coach, I will work closely with you to get you to your goals, whether fat loss, bodybuilding, or improving your strength and performance is your goal. I build plans that are suited to your goals and lifestyle so that we can implement small changes and habits along the way to build a healthier and fitter lifestyle without it being daunting.
