Hi, I'm Alex, you’ve probably seen me around the gym putting people through their paces, or whilst training myself - usually doing squats! You've taken the second step towards a fitter, leaner, healthier you...the first was joining the gym. But why stop there? Whatever your health and fitness goals, whether it’s getting stronger, leaner, more toned, or to improve your overall health, I can help you overcome the barriers that stand in your way to achieving those goals!
As a Psychology graduate, athlete who played for England at the highest level, and British Weight Lifting competitor (BWL T3), I have the fitness and nutritional expertise to make sure you to achieve your goals. Tell me what you want to achieve, and I will create a training and nutrition plan tailored to get you there, all included in a handy app with 1-to-1 online help and support.
To ensure you stay motivated during training, we will work together to identify and work through any barriers that are holding you back, whether it’s physical, mental, or emotional. This will ensure lasting results, unravel old habits and lock in new healthy ones!
