I got into fitness six years ago after I became the heaviest I’ve ever been at 20 stone. As soon as I saw that number, I knew I needed to change, not just a quick fix but my lifestyle. Since then, with effort and determination I've achieved my goal losing five stone, a different lifestyle and becoming the happiest I’ve ever been.
From a young age I have played sports such as football, basketball and boxing. When I started to put weight on, my confidence dropped and I couldn't keep up with playing sports so this led me to be demotivated and lead an unhealthy lifestyle. Something had to change.
I started to take an interest in the gym, I had no idea in what I was doing at 1st, but when the weight began to drop it gave me the motivation and confidence to do more. I started to feel the old me was coming back. In 2017, I realised that if I could do it, anyone could. I had finally found what I wanted to do in life and became a Personal Trainer.
A lot of people can be overwhelmed by the gym when they enter it for the first time, don’t worry, I've been there and know how you feel. Being a PT means more than just having a trainer/client relationship to me, I want to have a brilliant relationship with every client. I will be there for you every part of your fitness journey and be very happy with the success and benefits you will all achieve individually.
