Being a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist for a number of years means that I’ve been lucky enough to experience a broad range of clients. All with a different story, goals and motivations. This has made me, as a trainer totally adaptable to each client that comes to me and has given me first-hand experience and knowledge from injury prevention and rehabilitation, postural and biomechanics analysis and sports specific goals.
I've worked with amateur and professional athletes in tennis and rugby to athletics. I can improve your nutrition, relationship with food, lifestyle and mental health through structured and individualised planning or get you into that dress for the big day!
The key to my approach as your trainer is keeping things simple, finding what works for you and creating a relationship together to work as a team and smash the goals that we’ve set whilst still keeping things fun and finding what type of training makes you tick.
