I come from a strength, conditioning and flexibility background as I was a gymnast for many years.
During this time I have learnt that it is important to push yourself as well as enjoy the process.
My aim as a PT is to get you physically and mentally stronger. To do this I am committed to working with you to get the best out of each session and coaching you how to lift weights correctly.
