I am a wellbeing personal trainer with over 6 years of experience. I primarily coach people that want to lose weight and build confidence both in themselves and in using the gym.
I am passionate about promoting a balanced mindset when it comes to diet and fitness, because there is so much more to life than just working out! When you train with me we will work to identify what's important to you and how we can translate that into manageable goals. We'll consider every aspect of your wellbeing - be it nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, self esteem - and use a variety of behaviour change techniques to help you on your way. Change takes time, but with the right help you can and will get there!
