Hey! I’m Amanda one of the trainers at PureGym Glasgow Shawlands.

Fitness can be pretty confusing with an overload of information on social media- which diets and what exercises work best.

My personal journey began quite rocky, from putting on weight I would then under eat and spend hours on the treadmill and linked this to a ‘task’ or a ‘have to’ rather than finding a balance to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

I help woman achieve their goals in a positive way by shifting their mindset and enjoy challenging their body, feeling more confident to do so in a gym environment.

As well as ensuring you are more confident whatever your goal, I want to educate you LONG term, so that one day you do not need me. I will also be helping you nutritionally as I know how unhealthy a food relationship can be.
