Fitness for me isn't just looking good, it's about feeling good inside and out.
Throughout the years of growing up I struggled with eating disorders and not feeling good about myself. During school I used sports to hide my illness, so people just thought I was fit. Enjoying sport as my escape, I learned how to fuel my body properly and slowly started my journey to recovery.
My journey to recovery was long and often felt alone. Let me tell you, you should never feel alone when struggling with something. Six months back I hired a Personal Trainer, to give me that extra kick up the bum that I needed, and its the best thing I have invested in. I invested in MYSELF.
