I started training the same as everyone else...basically not having a clue, my goal at the time was to lose the weight I had put on from having my second daughter.
I soon found my way around the gym taking part in classes to start with and then introducing myself to free weights/machines. As I learnt how to exercise correctly I became more and more interested.
I have become addicted to training not only myself but other people and love the feeling you get when you accomplish the weight loss, the heavier weight, the faster time, the higher jump. I realised the possibilities when training correctly are endless.
As with everyone I have overcome many obstacles from the minute I entered the gym for the first time and still to this day but you will never see me give up and I always give 100%.
