Hey, I’m Amy. Fitness has been my passion since a young age and is why I became a Personal Trainer.
Being someone who previously became fixated on the way my body looked and never feeling like my body was good enough, I know how it feels to lack in confidence. But with a good training regime and adopting a healthy lifestyle I turned it all around, and because of this experience I decided I wanted to help others do the same.
