I’ve been a Personal Trainer for the past four years, continuously learning and developing my skills by attending seminars and enrolling onto different courses which helped me provide a better customer service for new and existing customers.
Sometimes I feel a bit strange because I like to think through many times the Nutrition advises, Workout plans and the Psychological impact that can have on a person. But also, I have a firm belief on that life is for living and not feeling like continually having to cut things out or forcing yourself to the gym when you don’t enjoy it.

I can assure you that the commitment from my side of the working relationship is 100% on the individual’s needs. I’ve seen many times workout and nutrition programs that are just too hard to stick to or just don’t suit the person’s lifestyle - for example weight watchers, atkins diet, paleo diet, joe’s workout plans….
I work (not exclusively) but specialize in females and males between the ages 25-45 with a lack of time on their hands, with external pressure from work and busy lifestyle but want to get in shape and feel more energetic, focused and self-confident but also few abs showing wouldn’t hurt either. If you’re willing to make small but committed changes over a period of time to your current lifestyle and can be honest and open with the real struggles you’re facing then I can guarantee results
