I believe in high work standards and only push for what I believe in, this allows me to achieve a great stage of fitness and find myself highly motivated to help others. Having a high determination level is one of my highest attributes. This also allows me to push my goals and achieve them.
Roughly one year ago I started working out, I was labelled a “Skinny lad” granted I still am, but a year later I have found myself with a new set of skills and I'm a lot more confident not only in myself but what others can achieve. I've learned quite a lot over the course of a year and it has made me into the person I am today. A joyful, very motivated, playful kind of person and let’s not forget a new mindset.
Fitness just isn't something you can do once or twice a month, in order to achieve a great level of fitness and health you need to dedicate yourself not only to training but dedicate a new lifestyle.
Whether you're struggling to lose weight, gain weight, tone up and gain some strength or just general knowledge. I am very confident I can lead you in that direction.
