Andrew Morgan

Fitness, to me, is a means to continuously develop your mind and body. Not only does it help you maintain a healthy body, a healthy mind, and keep you looking young, but it also helps you develop a lot of positive qualities that transfer over to everyday life, such as discipline, self-motivation, dedication, and the ability to push yourself and to never give up in the midst of life's challenges.

My passion is to help people to better themselves physically and mentally, and ultimately lead a happier, more positive, and healthier life. I have had great success with this during my career, and I look forward to sharing my motivational skills and experience with you.

I have been strength training since 15 years of age, and I have competed in competitive sports since the age of five when I first stepped foot on a judo mat. Since then I have participated in jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, boxing, MMA, and I'm also a competitive powerlifter.

Powerlifting has shown me just how important mindset really is when it comes to achieving your fitness related goals, and I would love the opportunity to help you achieve yours.
