Andy Summers

Hello, I am Andy Summers The Gym Manager.

I have been in the fitness industry for nine years starting as a sports coach before becoming a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I then got promoted at a young age into management.

My background is in football and boxing these being my two main passions in sport, I have always maintained a high level of fitness with my training being very sports specific.

If you are new to the gym and looking for that little bit of guidance or very experienced in training and just looking for that extra push and knowledge I am here to help!
