I may be new to PureGym but I am not new to hard work, determination and achieving goals. Both in and out of the gym.
My aim with personal training is simple. I don’t want anyone to feel isolated, any kind of embarrassment or be at a loss in a gym environment. I want to help and support you on your journey to becoming fitter, healthier and stronger.
We have to start somewhere and for me that was in my 30’s after gaining lots of life and job experience (plus a family and a bit of something else around the midriff). I understand what it’s like to work shifts, nights, work away and trying to find a balance of work, family and everything else life involves. I know the hurdles in your way and I am here to help and support you to be the very best version of yourself.
I love kettlebells, resistance training and helping people find what they love and enjoy to do when exercising.
