I’m a certified and experienced Personal Trainer and a Nutritional Therapist. I aim to help women feel energetic, beautiful and confident in their body. I want you to become the best version of yourself. I’m going to change your eating habits, add regular physical activity to your life and help you change your mindset. The only side effect is going to be a good looking body and falling in love with yourself!

 

I have almost eight years of experience in the fitness industry, including five years of working in the UK and I still try to develop myself. Over that time I’ve helped hundreds (perhaps thousands?) of people to change their body shape and gain confidence by introducing moderate discipline into their lives. I treat all my clients in a truly personal way. You have different body types, genetic predispositions and you all have very different lifestyles. Every single one of you has different goals and reasons to start working out in the gym. Many people now suffer from hormonal imbalances and this can affect their health and fitness levels. I can help you to bring your body back into balance with proper diet and exercise.
