I have always had a passion for health and fitness by participating in martial arts, football and track and field events. I joined the British Army when I was 18 years old and served for 5 years. Being in the Army helped me grow my passion to help others by sharing my knowledge and experiences so that you can bound forward towards your goals.
I am here to help you strive towards your goal whether this is to lose body fat, gain muscle, gain confidence, improve your eating habits or your level of fitness. I want to help you learn about the confusing world of nutrition and tailor a structured programme that will help you to your goal. I offer full support and understanding for any of your potential barriers that you have when it comes to either your eating habits or exercise and will help you smash through that barrier with full commitment as there is nothing better than seeing people achieve their goals.
