I am a Personal Trainer who practises what I preach. I am highly motivated and extremely passionate about helping people to reach their individual fitness goals, whatever they may be. Together we can reach your potential and get you the results you desire.
With me, you will have access to a Personal Trainer who not only has experience in the gym atmosphere but also has a wealth of knowledge in nutrition and health as I was previously a physician and specialised in the muscular system and nutrition before making the move into training. I also have a military background, having served over three years in the army and so I am used to extremes and hardcore training.
