I have been in the fitness industry over 2 years and training on my own for 5 working on understanding the most efficient way to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat through training and nutrition. I have had experience with various client goals such as muscle development, weight and fat loss, lower body gains and strength training.
Additionally, studying Sports Psychology enabled me to understand the mental health aspect of training such as motivation, stress, and resilience.
