I have been active all my life but after being hospitalised a few years ago I've really stepped things up.
Originally out of necessity and then out of passion.
Since then I've fought as a semi professional kick-boxer, completed an unassisted ultra marathon and tried most things in between.
It's now time to impart what I've learnt over the years to others. Whatever your goal is from gaining or loosing weight to running your own ultra marathon or learning how to kick ass, we can and will achieve it!!
