Hi, I’m Ben. Having spent close to ten years working in a corporate office environment, I get how challenging it can be to stay on top of your health & fitness when you have so many other priorities.

Now as a fully qualified Personal Trainer, my aim is to provide you with the guidance & support that you need to become the fittest & strongest version of yourself; without having to give up the things you enjoy in life.

My simple training methods will challenge you, motivate you and most importantly, get you the results you are determined for.
