Hi there, I'm Beth.
Although I’ve always been fairly sporty, I spent several years with no idea what I was doing, and frankly getting absolutely nowhere. Once I stepped foot in the gym for the first time there was no going back, and that’s the kind of passion I want to be able to share with my clients. Not feeling like you have to go to the gym but feeling like you want to.
Training with me is much more than reaching a number on the scale or a certain dress size. It’s about becoming the best, most happy and healthy you that you can possibly be and smashing your goals in the process.
My main aim is to teach people how to properly look after their bodies, whilst also dismantling any untrue beliefs around fitness and nutrition (fad diets are not welcome here).
