I’m Beth and I’m a Personal Trainer here at Denton. I am lucky enough to be in a job that I love and have a passion for as well as having the opportunity to share my knowledge and helping people achieve their goals.
The gym has really helped me achieve my physical goals and mental, being able to break down the mental barrier can be the hardiest part but once that is achieved everything else will follow.
With my help and support you will be able to stay motivated and on track to achieve your end goals. Each session will be tailored to meet your needs and ability, you will also have weekly check ins and constant support from myself.
Working together we will be able to build a healthy lifestyle and create a positive relationship with exercise.
