We are a team of female training specialists - training over 50 women each week. Our clients range from 17-68 and are now part of an amazing group of empowered women. Our focus with training is on using free weights (barbells and dumbbells etc.), teaching you to feel confident using weights in the gym whilst getting those results you’ve always wanted.
Most clients are beginners when they start training and now I am proud to say over 20 of our ladies can now deadlift 100kg and all of them can now train with confidence in the gym, feeling stronger, fitter and looking fantastic.
Training happens 1-2-1, in pairs, group Personal Training or clients are welcome to do a mixture of the above. Whatever options you choose, by training with Body By Bee you will be welcomed into our group The (Bee) Hive. We have a private Facebook group, join up in various social events (such as dinners out and sporting activities) and above all support each other in and out of the gym - most of our members are now friends!
