I started going to the gym as a way of getting through hard times during school, using boxing and exercise to relieve stress.
From there I started to enjoy going to the gym, not just for the stress relief but for fun. After a few years I was dedicated to not only improving my health and my fitness but also others, which is where I decided that I was to become a Personal Trainer and help others reach their goals.
Since becoming a Personal Trainer I've built up experience in a number of areas like high intensity cardio, strength training and boxing.
