I have been into fitness now for several years and have learnt so much throughout my journey. Not only have I improved myself physically but also mentally and have boosted my confidence.

I'm a very friendly and approachable person and my main knowledge of training and exercise lies within improving general fitness and fat loss as well as gaining strength.

My main focus when training is to ensure that everyone is treated individually and trained in their own unique way as nobody is the same, and to make you feel better about yourself and your fitness goals.
