I’ve been in the industry as a health professional for the past 4 years. After recently travelling around the world as a personal trainer and focusing internationally on optimising clients health and diet, I am now back to help you achieve your goals.
My goal is to have you look in the mirror with confidence again! I specialise in weight loss, muscular hypertrophy (muscle gain) and strength training. As a previous men’s physique competitor a big focus for me is to gain muscle while Maintaining a low body fat percentage and I can help you do the same.
