Hi, I'm Brendon.
Having taken part in my own weight loss journey and partaking in Sport created an enthusiasm for sport and fitness which led me to become a Personal Trainer.
I am also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist so not only can I get you in the best shape of your life but I also speed up your recovery in between sessions with Sport Massage. Being a Sport Massage therapist has taught me how to create sessions that not only hit your desired goals but they also improve your mobility and general wellbeing.
Over the past few years I have had the pleasure of fulfilling every role within a gym environment from being a Personal Trainer to an Assistant Manager within a gym.
I work with people to achieve their goals whilst having fun, gaining confidence and maintaining a healthy balance between work, life and fitness. Whatever your goals are I want to help you get there, so feel free to approach me on the gym floor or after classes for a chat.
