I’ve been actively involved in fitness and weight training for over 20 years and during that time I have developed a great passion for health and fitness.

Nothing gives me greater pleasure or satisfaction than sharing that passion and experience to help and enable others to reach their goals and by adding my knowledge of different aspects of training, helping them have a more three-dimensional vision on training.
